Try this simple and healing herbal brew –

  • 1 inch piece of ginger washed and peeled.
  • Boil it in water for 10 minutes with 2 cloves
    Add a slightly spilt cardamom

  • Strain and pour out into a mug. Add 2 pinches of powdered cinnamon,1tsp of organic raw honey or jaggery.
