Oil pulling

Oil Pulling is an age old Indian practice which originates from Ayurveda and which is about 3,000 years old. The process involves using a tablespoon of a good quality cold pressed or wet coconut oil. Many people also use sesame oil or olive oil. You put this oil on your mouth first thing in the morning before you brush your teeth and you swish it between your teeth around your mouth. Do not gargle or swallow because that oil is designed to actually put toxins, bacteria, viruses, fungi out of your mouth and you eventually spit it out into the sink.

How Oil Pulling Works
Coconut oil is anti-bacterial and antiviral in its composition. Everyone’s mouth houses different bacteria, germs, pathogens, viruses and fungi. Most of the toxins enter our body through our nose or through our mouth. Because of the moistness, our mouth continues to host different bacteria, pathogens and fungi. We constantly add toxins to the human body and immunity uses a lot of energy to constantly clean these toxins out of our body and it uses this energy from the human body. This is why most people feel fatigue in cases of diseases when there’s a toxic overload in the human body. Our energy level drains out and energy is what your cells used to repair itself to heal and to prevent disease. So the simple process of oil pulling which is nothing but swishing oil between your te犀利士

Uses of Oil Pulling

1.) Oil pulling has chances to boost your immunity and make it stronger to help you prevent disease.

2.) It reduces the toxic overload on the body thereby reducing inflammation n your body, which is the number one cause of most medical issues today. Oil pulling helps with that because of the anti-bacterial and antiviral properties of coconut oil.

3.) When you swish, it also whitens your teeth. It has the ability to make your teeth whiter over time so it’s one of the most natural methods for whiter teeth.

4.) It also strengthens your gums. Most mouths contain bacteria called streptococcus bacteria which is the number one bacteria that causes the decaying of teeth which leads to cavities. So the more oil pulling you do, you have the ability to control this decaying and to actually heal cavities and prevent cavities that may have been formed or which may form in the future.

5.) When we reduce toxicity through oil pulling we can aim for a better hormonal balance as well it keeps your skin clear because you reduce the amount of bacteria and toxins in the body.

6) Headaches and Migraines; oil pulling is excellent when it comes to headaches and migraines because most headaches and migraines are created by toxic waste either in the mouth or either through constipation and excess toxins in the human body. So oil pulling early in the morning helps pull out toxins from the human body.

Which Oil?
Detoxification and elimination is everything when it comes to good health, good hair, weight loss, clear skin and anti-aging. So you can try oil pulling. Some people use olive oil and some people use sesame oil, but why we prefer coconut oil is because coconut oil has less of the omega-6 which can be highly inflammatory in the human body. Also coconut oil tastes better and it’s got anti-bacterial and antiviral properties which mean the kind of oil you use for pulling can do so much more. But sesame oil and olive oil is not a problem. We just find that through science coconut oil makes the best medium for oil pulling.

So try this ritual every morning especially if you have problems with your gum, with your teeth, with your mouth and an overload of toxins. If you’re going through any conventional medical treatment especially antibiotics or chemo or radiation, oil pulling will help you detoxify the body.
